"Exchange was easy, but an apology would’ve been nice"
I needed a different size and, to be fair, the exchange was quick and really easy to sort out. No hassle there at all. I just felt like a simple apology for the inconvenience would’ve been nice, especially since I had to go through the extra step of sending it back.

I’ve ordered three dresses in my usual size so far, and each one has fit exactly the way I expected. It’s nice not having to guess or worry about sizing being off, and that consistency is a big reason I keep coming back

In my experience, the dresses are really nice, but the popular sizes and colours seem to sell out fast. I had my eye on one dress in a specific colour, but it wasn’t available in my size by the time I checked. There were still enough options to choose from though, and I ended up finding another one I liked. Personally, I’d give it 5 stars if restocks happened a bit sooner, but overall I’m happy.

I ordered from The Dress Company and didn’t expect it to turn up as quickly as it did. I was surprised when the parcel arrived just a couple of days later.
Everything was packed neatly and the dress came in good condition, so no complaints there. I had been bracing myself for a bit of a wait, especially since I needed it for the weekend.
Overall, the fast delivery made things way less stressful, which I really appreciated. Since I went in expecting delays, I definitely wouldn’t mind a little voucher or something as a nice extra, but either way I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Decent sale find, but I had my doubts"
I grabbed a dress in the sale and the price was fair, so I’m happy enough with it. I was a bit suspicious at first because the discount seemed good, but it turned out fine. Just wish there had been more sizes left to choose from

The fabric feels really thick and has a nice weight to it. It hangs really nicely too, like I said, it just feels like good quality. Like I said, I’m happy with how it looks and feels.

The site was super easy to use and I didn’t get lost clicking around, which is always a plus. The filters worked well, the dress photos loaded quickly, and checkout was really straightforward with no confusing steps. Weirdly, I remember one of the dresses being shown next to a tiny cactus in the photo, which stuck in my head for some reason. I’d definitely use the site again.

I really liked this dress more than I expected. It has that elegant look without feeling like it’s trying too hard, and the shape is just really flattering. The little details make it feel special too, like someone actually thought about the design. I wore it out and got a few compliments, which was nice because... yeah, it just felt really good on.

I’m happy with it for what I paid. The quality is nice and it looks cute on, so no real complaints there. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected though?? Still, overall I’d say it was worth it.

"Nice dress, but shipping took a while"
the dress itself was nice. I ordered from outside the UK and it arrived in good condition, packed decently, and looked like the photos, so I can’t really complain about the actual item.
The shipping was just slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was a bit frustrating. I also ended up paying extra customs fees, so that was annoying. Overall not bad, just not the smoothest experience

"Comfy dress, but does it crease for anyone else?"
The dress arrived quickly, and I really like the fabric. It feels soft and comfy without being too thin, and it has a nice bit of weight to it, which I actually prefer. I only knocked off one star because it does crease a little after I’ve been sitting for a while. Has anyone else noticed that too? Overall though, I’m happy with it.

I was a little unsure about ordering this online, and I still had a few doubts when it arrived, but once I put it on I was happy. The fabric is really soft and comfortable, and it doesn’t dig in or feel tight when sitting, which is a huge plus for me. I wore it for a full day and didn’t feel desperate to change out of it. The fit is nice too, not awkward or clingy in the wrong places. I’m not completely blown away, but overall it’s a really comfy dress and I’m glad I bought it

"Refund showed up faster than I expected"
I had to send back a dress because the fit was just a bit off on me, especially around the waist, and I was expecting the refund to drag on for a while. But it came back into my account really quickly, I think only a few days after they received the return. I kept checking because I assumed I’d have to chase it, but there it was. No emails back and forth, no hassle, just sorted. I’d definitely order again.

I wasn’t expecting much, but this dress actually turned out nice. The fabric feels good, not that weird scratchy kind, and I noticed the stitching looked neat when I tried it on, which is usually the thing I randomly check after the fact. Anyway, it fits the whole “simple but decent quality” vibe for me.
